Team Registration information
All registration forms must be filled out online. Payment may be made online or by cash or check. Please note that a transaction fee (2.9% + 30cents) will be added for online payments. Online registration is currently open. If you are a returning member, please login to your Swimptopia account to fill in your account information.
Please join us at the clubhouse on April 7, 2019 from 2pm-5pm to meet the coaches, check sizes for merchandise, and get all your questions answered. Alpine Ski Center will have swimsuits (this is a new suit year) for sizing and purchasing or you may call or visit their store to place your order (order ASAP to make sure you get the size you need).
Swimmers from Sugar Creek homeowner families and families who join Sugar Creek Community pools as outside members are eligible to join.

Our registration date is April 7,2019 at the Sugar Creek I/IV clubhouse from 2pm-5pm. Registration will remain open online for those that cannot make it to our registration event. Late Registration starts May 1st with a $25 late fee per family. Payment for late registration must be made online.
Age 14 & Under - $95 per swimmer
Age 15 & Up - $50 per swimmer
Multi-swimmer discount: $5 discount for families with more than one swimmer in the 14 & Under age group. The discount of $5 will be taken for each additional child after child #1 is paid in full.
A late fee of $25 per family applies to all registrations received after 4/30/19.
Refunds of one-half of the registration fee will be honored until May 20th for members of the Shark team and until May 28th for members of the Guppy team. To receive a refund, email Deidre Jordan, treasurer, at email@example.com.
Costs are covered by a combination of fees, subdivision subsidies, and proceeds from concession sales at home meets. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. All Shark families are required to pay a $25 Concession Fee that is used to cover the cost of items to sell at concessions during home meets. This takes the place of families having to purchase and donate items. The Swim Team does not require member families to participate in additional fundraisers. Registration Fees cover the following expenses: coaches’ salaries, equipment, SAIL dues, insurance, ribbons, Divisional gifts (for those swimmers participating in the Divisional meet), awards, printing, and party/spirit costs.
